Implementation & Migration
A modern platform is
only valuable if your
team can adopt it safely.
Ardor provides clear ownership, documented timelines, training expectations, accessibility guidance, launch management, and post-launch support, not just software.

Discover
Understand before you build.
We start by inventorying everything: your current systems, data structures, user roles, publishing workflows, and technical dependencies. No assumptions.
Who's involved: Ardor onboarding team + your athletic director, SID, and IT contact
Key Deliverables
Migrate
Move data through a documented process.
Content, statistics, rosters, schedules, and historical records move through a structured migration, with verification checkpoints at every stage so nothing gets lost.
Who's involved: Ardor migration engineers + your SID and administrative staff
Key Deliverables
Train
Prepare every user for day one.
We train by role: administrators, sports information staff, coaches, and webmasters each get the training that matches their day-to-day workflow. No generic tutorials.
Who's involved: Ardor training team + your full athletic staff
Key Deliverables
Launch
Go live with confidence and support.
Launch day is managed, not handed off. Ardor's team is active during your go-live window, monitors your first events on the platform, and stays engaged through the first season.

Common Questions
The questions buyers ask
before they commit.
We have years of historical statistics. Will we lose them?
No. Historical statistics, player records, and game logs are migrated as part of the discovery and migration phase. We document exactly what you have before a single record moves.
What happens to our existing website URLs?
URL redirect mapping is part of every migration. We preserve your SEO equity by building a complete redirect plan before launch and verifying it after.
Our staff is not technical. Can they actually learn this?
Yes, and that's by design. Ardor is built for athletic department staff, not developers. Role-based training means your SID learns the SID workflow, not the whole system.
What if something breaks during the season?
Post-launch support is included, not a paid add-on. Critical issues receive a same-day response. First-season events are actively monitored by the Ardor team.
We're mid-season. Can we still move forward?
Yes. Discovery and migration can begin at any time. We schedule the live cutover around your calendar, typically between seasons or at a natural operational low point.
Does Ardor handle the NJCAA reporting requirements?
Yes. The platform is built with NJCAA-specific reporting formats, eligibility workflows, and championship operations aligned to NJCAA standards as part of the official partnership.
Post-Launch Support
We don't disappear
after go-live.
Most software vendors hand you a help center URL after launch. Ardor provides a dedicated support relationship throughout your first season and beyond.
